  • [IMPORTANT] Known Issue: Purchasing Special Pass more than once (Resolved)

  • Greetings, Commanders.

    We have identified the following issue after the update on October 24, 2023.

    - Special Pass which is already purchased is available for purchase again.

    The Special Pass that was purchasable is the same Special Pass as the one that began on October 4th. The issue occurred whilst applying for the purchase period extension for Special Pass due to transaction errors on the Google Playstore from October 11th to October 16th.

    Commanders who purchased the Special Pass again even though they have already purchased October's Special Pass, please contact our customer support ([email protected]) including your User ID and receipts and we will resolve the problem promptly.
    * Google Playstore: Receipts that include Google order number. (Starts with GPA.)
    * Apple Appstore: Receipts already processed and given a transaction ID. (Pending receipts are not eligible)
    * Steam: Receipts that include Steam order number. (Consists only of numbers)
